Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 2 Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap
- 1 Tomato
- 1/3 Carrot
- 1 teaspoon of Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
- Salt
- Lettuce
Instructions:
- Unfreeze the wraps in room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- At the mean time, cut the carrot into slices and sweet potato into cubes, season with some salt,curry powder and olive oil.
- Transfer the carrot and sweet potato to a tray and bake in the small oven for about 10 minutes.
