INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 cup of Low Fat Fresh Milk
- 2 tablespoon of Honey (optional)
- Cut the avocado all around, twist and open it and then remove the seed.
- Spoon out the flesh and put it into the blender.
- Add 2 spoons of honey into avocado.* you can adjust the sweetness according to your preferences.
- Add in yogurt, milk.
*The more the milk used, the thinner the smoothie will get. - Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- A healthy and also simple avocado milkshake is ready.
Important reminder:
Avocado should be eaten as soon as possible after the flesh is cut because it is easily oxidized.
