INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole medium sweet and ripe banana
- 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 cup of Low Fat Fresh Milk
- 1 tablespoon of Honey (optional)
- A little biscuits crumbs (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel and slice banana into small piece and put it into a blender.
- Add the yogurt, milk into the blender.
*The more the milk used, the thinner the smoothie we will get. - Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minutes until creamy and smooth.
* Add some honey to get a sweeter taste if needed. - Pour into a glass and decorate with some banana slices and biscuits crumbs.
