Healthy Banana Yogurt Smoothie

     Here is a Super Quick + Easy + Healthy Banana Yogurt Smoothie which loaded with fiber, vitamins & protein to get you through the day!
     To prepared this smoothie, it has only 5 ingredients.

Serving: 1 serve

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 whole medium sweet and ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of Low Fat Fresh Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey (optional)
  • A little biscuits crumbs (optional) 

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Peel and slice banana into small piece and put it into a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt, milk into the blender.
    *The more the milk used, the thinner the smoothie we will get.
  3. Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minutes until creamy and smooth.
    * Add some honey to get a sweeter taste if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and decorate with some banana slices and biscuits crumbs.
  5. Your HEALTHY BANANA YOGURT SMOOTHIE is ready to serve or freeze overnight.
