As long as the oats are placed in a sealed container/jar the night before, it can be eaten in the next morning. The overnight oatmeal is full of deliciousness and the most important thing is time-saving. Even it can be ate at anytime, anywhere, especially suitable for office workers who often rush out.

- 1 whole medium sweet and ripe banana
- 2 tablespoon of Plain Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup of Low Fat Fresh Milk
- 4 to 5 tablespoon of oat
- Dried fruit: Raisins
- Honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put in the oatmeal into the container (Not require to heat first)
- Add in yogurt and milk according to personal preferences.*If you prefer to eat thicker, the amount of milk will be parallel to the oats.
- Send it to the refrigerator for overnight.
- The next morning, your overnight oatmeal is ready, you can add in some dried fruits such as some raisins.
- Peel and slice banana into small piece and put in it.
- Add honey depending on the sweetness of the individual.
- A rich nutritious and lovely breakfast is born!
