     Most of the people today belong to the group that 'night can't fall asleep and hard to wake up in the morning'. Therefore, i believe that mostly likely you prefer the option A.
     Life is always contradictory, you don't want let go your precious sleeping time but would like to have a healthy and nutritious breakfast at the same time. Let try to make a D.I.Y. OVERNIGHT OATMEAL.
     As long as the oats are placed in a sealed container/jar the night before, it can be eaten in the next morning. The overnight oatmeal is full of deliciousness and the most important thing is time-saving. Even it can be ate at anytime, anywhere, especially suitable for office workers who often rush out.
     So, today, I'm going to show you how to make a Overnight Banana Oatmeal.

Serving size: 1
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 whole medium sweet and ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon of Plain Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of Low Fat Fresh Milk
  • 4 to 5 tablespoon of oat
  • Dried fruit: Raisins
  • Honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put in the oatmeal into the container (Not require to heat first)
  2. Add in yogurt and milk according to personal preferences.*If you prefer to eat thicker, the amount of milk will be parallel to the oats.
  3. Send it to the refrigerator for overnight.
  4. The next morning, your overnight oatmeal is ready, you can add in some dried fruits such as some raisins.
  5. Peel and slice banana into small piece and put in it.
  6. Add honey depending on the sweetness of the individual.
  7. A rich nutritious and lovely breakfast is born!
Note:
If you are afraid that the cereals taken out of the refrigerator are too cold or want the cereal to be easier to digest, you can put the cereal in the microwave for about 30 to 60 seconds.
