INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare half a cup of oat and add a little pinch of cinnamon powder.
2. Add in half a cup of fresh milk and mix all of that very well.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of plain yogurts and stir it again.
4. For topping, cut apple into dicing and put it in as well as blueberries.
5. You can choose to add some honey, it is optional.
