Oatmeal Porridge with Kiwifruit


     Good day everyone, it is important for us to start the day with a healthy breakfast!
     Today, we are going to share a recipe of Oatmeal Porridge with Kiwifruit. 
     The reason we choose Kiwifruit as breakfast ingredients is because Kiwifruit are rich in vitamin C. It is one of the best choices among fruit and vegetables.Having one kiwifruit in your breakfast will helps you to maintain your required vitamin C levels. 

     It will help to keep our immune system strong, reduce fatigue and tiredness and increase the collagen information which is essential for healthy skin, teeth and bones (Zespri n.d.).
     This recipe is simple and easy-to-follow. Let start now!

Serving size: 1
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tablespoon of Oats
  • 1 big cups of water
  • 1 Kiwifruit
  • Fresh milk
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add 3 tablespoon of oats and add one cups of water in a pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. After that, transfer the oat to your favourite bowl.
  3. Add some fresh milk in your oat.
    *You can choose fresh milk or milk powder to add in your oats.
  4. Choose a kiwifruit or others fruits that you like such as blueberry, cherry and grapes.
  5. Finally, cut the kiwi into pieces and put it in your oats.
Your oatmeal porridge with kiwifruit is ready !!!! Enjoy your breakfast!

     Today, we're going to share a simple but healthy breakfast recipe which is freshly fruits with yogurt.
